Our home

We live in an attractive flat occupying three floor of a hayloft of the 1800, standing in its own hill with trees. The hill is of 4000 metres with a garden and a gazebo in front of the house where you can eat in spring and summer. The flat floor has two big glass-door that look from up tho the place down hill and at the beginning is the kitchen. After the beginning of the stairs there is the tv, a sofa-bed and the first bathroom. Behind there is an opening on an antic passage with a cave that come to the first exterior door. Now we go upstairs you find two bedrooms and one bathroom with hydromassage. If we go downstairs you find an other bedroom, an little office and an allocations for wine. The house is very quiet only one neighbour and you can hear the animals like goose and oak and birds.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The house is situated at 20 km to Bologna in Monte San Pietro nell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano (the low-elevation mountains of the Emilia region). Monte San Pietro boasts, like Bologna, ancient and prestigious food- and wine-related traditions. Remaining true to the Emilia-Romagna region, Monte San Pietro's hills are prestigious, generous and abundant in fine agricultural products for producing exquisite foods and wines. Bologna is the capital city of Emilia-Romagna, in the Po Valley (Pianura Padana in Italian) of northern Italy. Home to the oldest university in the Western world, "University of Bologna", founded in 1088, Bologna is one of the most developed cities in Italy. Bologna often ranks as one of the top cities, in terms of quality of life in Italy. Bologna, the city of portico and galleries, is one of the preferred destination from the tourists because still maintains the fascination of a big ancient city, rich of monuments and art. It's located in a very central position in Italy, ideal as a touring base: it's easy to get a train (or rent a car) for going to Venice (2 hrs), to Florence (1 hr), to Milan (1 hr), to Adriatic Cost (1 hr) and to Ravenna (1 hr) just to name the most famous ones.
