Our home

Cà Viola is a carefully restored old farmhouse, situated in a hilly area to Farneto-San Lazzaro. Immersed in the green, the center of the Parco dei Gessi, with an estate of 11 hectares, is the ideal place for a rural retreat, where guests can feel totally at home and enjoy all the privileges of the place. The furniture is elegant and comfortable.
On graund floor we have a huge living room, a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor we have the double master room and the children room with one single bed and a smal child bed. On the ground floor, from the living room you can entre in the part of the home that it's out b&b. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We located 10 minutes to the hightway from where you can reach Ferrara and Ravenna in half an hour, two hours in Milan, Florence in an hour, Venice, Verona. The historic center of Bologna is 15/20 minutes.

From our home you can reach the historic center of Bologna in a 15/20 minutes. Bologna is a city rich in art and history, very pleasant to visit and full of culture, but still not very popular with tourist routes which are routinely offered. To discover the city you can start with a walk to Piazza Maggiore crowned by the beautiful and original Basilica of San Petronio (patron saint of the city) began in 1390, the Palazzo di Re Enzo, from the Fountain of Neptune, from the Palace of Notaries and the Town Hall or Accursio. In addition, to visit, and the arcades of Pavaglione Archiginnasio, ancient seat of the University, with its rich history and inner coats that cover the inside walls of the building.
For the lovers of nature we are in the middle of a park so near our home there are stables, mountain bike and walking paths.
Day trip: Venice, Florence, Verona, Ferrara, Milan.
