Who we are

  1. We are a married couple with two children aged 21 and 18. We are both teachers and enjoy travelling whenever we can. We are able to arrange a non simultaneous exchange as we live in another part of the town and the apartment is a second home. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Sardinia. Our children normally do not come with us and we usually travel with a couple of friends who share our interests in travelling.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Alghero is situated on the shores of a beautiful bay on the north-west coast of Sardinia. It's the tourist capital of the Coral Riviera. Land and sea offer magnificent views along the 75 kilometres of coastline which stretches from the limestone promontory of Capo Caccia to the north and the beach of La Speranza to the south. Here there is all that you can expect for a relaxing holiday; silver beaches, breathtaking cliffs, indented rocky coastline, lovely coves and superb marine caves. The crystalline sea is ideal for coral and lobster fishing. The surrounding area is of archaeological and natural interest.
