Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Moments from the promenade this property enjoys easy access to the beaches and Salthill, a bustling seaside village 2 miles from Galway City. It has a great community feel with many pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Where to go shopping
Salthill has a fine delicatessan, fish monger and local butcher. On Saturdays the city has a wonderful farmers market and there is a number of large supermarkets in the area. The city also has many boutiques and craft shops.
Your area's cultural and historical landmarks
A highlight of our cultural calendar is the Galway International Arts festival in July
Local walks
2 mins from the house is the 2.5 mile Salthill Promenade along the coast, which is a favourite place to walk and enjoy the sea air among Galwegians.
Places you love to exercise
Within 3 mins of the house you will find our local beach, Galway Bay Golf Club, Galway Lawn Tennis Club and Leisureland swimming pool.
Top day trips
Galway is positioned in the heart of the wild Atlantic way, providing a perfect location from which to tour the Burren, Connemara and the Aran Islands
