Our home

This is a superb,architect-designed conversion of a century-old property into a modern,open-plan townhouse within easy walk of Cobh's pubs, restaurants and shops.
Guests can relax on luxury leather sofas enjoying a glass of Irish whiskey in front of a wood-fired stove and bespoke cast-iron radiators.
The modern kitchen features granite worktops,a Smeg cooking range and an American-style fridge-freezer with ice-maker.
The master bedroom has a Superking bed and there are two further Double bedrooms all with memory-foam mattresses and 800-thread white Egyptian cotton sheets.
The Townhouse comes with free wi-fi, three HDTVs featuring Irish,UK and international channels,a washer/dryer and ample street parking outside.
Unfortunately because of the open staircase the property is not suitable for young children.
We are looking for non-simultaneous exchanges with owners of second homes.

Who we are

  1. We are nearly-retired empty-nesters who run a business in town.
We like to travel independently especially with our two sons who are currently at university.
We're experienced exchangers and we take great care of other people's homes that we stay in.
At the moment we are only looking for non-simultaneous exchanges of second homes.

Your neighbourhood

Cobh is an historic Irish sea port at the mouth of Cork Harbour and was the last port of call of the Titanic. The town oozes history and is a busy tourist destination where some of the world's largest cruise liners regularly berth.
You can see traditional Irish music being performed in the many welcoming pubs offering plenty of craic and there's a good variety of restaurants for dining out.
Cobh is a short train ride away from Cork city and an ideal base for exploring West Cork, The Wild Atlantic Way and Dublin.
