Our home

Our house is 10 years old. Its a four bedroom bungalow -
3 single bedrooms ( 2.6 x 2.8 m )
and 1 double bedroom. ( 3.1 x 2.9m )
The kitchen( 4.1 x 3.8m) and living room ( 4.2 x 4.2m ) are connected by double doors.
The kitchen has a tiled floor with dining table and chairs.
The living room has a large cast iron fireplace, 32" TV, DVD player etc.
Mt. Leinster can be seen from the living room windows.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet and although compact (2.8 x 1.8 m ) it has all the essentials.
Central heating throughout.

Our house is located on a hillside in quiet rural farmland in southeast Ireland.
3 km to the nearest small village
8 km to New Ross - Ros Tapestry, Dunbrody Famine Ship , St Mary's Abbey, shops, restaurants, pubs, swimming pool, public library, doctor, public transport links.
15 km to Waterford city - best shopping town in the southeast, cinema, theatre, lots of historic churches, Reginalds Tower, museum, restaurants, pubs etc
30km to Kilkenny city- Kilkenny Castle, Rothe House, art galleries, lots of shops, historic buildings, quirky medieval lanes
Duncannon beach is 20 km from New Ross. Also in the Wexford area are the J.F. Kennedy Arboretum, Johnstown Castle and Agricultural Museum, Kilmokea Gardens, Hook Head Lighthouse and Tintern Abbey.
Graiguenamanagh 8 km is an attractive village with river walks, a medieval bridge and Duiske Abbey.
Inistioge village is very picturesque. Woodstock Gardens above the village are beautilul and peaceful.
