Property features

Who we are

  1. My name is Emma. I am 42 years old. I run a property management company. My husband is called Peter. He runs a very large school in the city center. We have 3 girls. Jessica 8, Catherine 6 and Amelia 3. My girls attend a Gaelic speaking school. We like outdoor activities especially cycling. My husband does some serious cycling and has done events in the dolomites, Pyrenees and the Alps. I am a fluent italian speaker and am thinking of moving my family to the lakes area of Italy maybe near Varese for the academic year 2016/2017. I would like to give my girls the opportunity to live in Italy, learn to ski, learn the language and culture. I am looking for a long term house swap if I could find one

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

I love our square where we live. We have 3 tennis courts and a community vegetable garden. Lots of children out playing in the square. It is the birthplace of James Joyce. We have some nice coffee shops just around the corner. It is very convenient to the city center - about 3 kilometers and the village of Rathgar is a very nice village with some lovely bars and restaurants
