Our home

We completely renovated our 1949 home in 2016. It's bright, open and has everything a modern home should have. It's ideal for a family with younger children because there are lots of toys and books and a green outside where our children climb trees and play all day.

The main bedroom has a cot in it and the back bedroom now has a triple bunk which kids love too. There's also a box bedroom.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Clontarf is right beside the sea with a promenade where people cycle and walk that stretches for 8 miles to Howth. Dollymount Beach is walking distance as are many (approx 15) restaurants/cafes.

St. Anne's park is one of the best parks in Dublin and is 2 minutes walk from the house. It's huge, very mature and has lots of manicured parts like the rose gardens and playground as well as wilderness and overgrown areas. It also has a river that runs to the nearby beach. On Saturdays there's a farmer's market in the building that used to be Stables.

The 130 bus runs every 8 minutes and will get you to the city centre with beautiful coastal views in 20 minutes.
