Property features

Who we are

  1. I am a single retired lady. I worked as a nurse and then as a project manager in Health and now have an executive coaching practice. I am learning to speak French and love opportunities to practice. I am interested in seeing the world and making new friends. I would like to exchange the apartment with similar and would consider anywhere but in particular would like anywhere in Europe ideally as it is easy to travel to, especially love Paris. I am also interested in California, Seattle, Vancouver but would consider anywhere in the world. I would like to do the exchange for myself but occasionally will travel with one other person. I am a reliable, careful person who will respect you and your property and would expect the same in exchange. I have completed one wonderful swap to date and look forward to many more.

  2. I love water, art, beautiful scenery. I love to walk, swim, read and socialize.

  3. I want a safe place as ~ in particular as I usually travel alone, ideally with easy public transport links. A place full of homeliness and charm. If interested please contact me and let's have an adventure.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Very nice neighbourhood in south Dublin suburbs. Walking distance to Dundrum Town Centre where you will find shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre, bars. Also close to Marley Park for Saturday market and walks. Beside Nutgrove Shopping Centre. One mile walk to LUAS light rail station directly to centre of downtown (20mins), also on good bus route into town. Bus station for bus to and from airport one mile walk from the house. Dublin and the surrounding areas are wonderful for fun, culture, sea, mountains or just having some craic.
