Coitin Abhainn Na Glinne is a beautifully restored Irish cottage close by one of Ireland's best know salmon rivers "The Glen"
Situated in the Gaeltacht area of Donegal approx 30 minutes from Donegal Town its an ideal base for walkers, golfers and fishermen.
A great place to relax and enjoy the nearby "pub" life and Irish music scene in Kilcar and Carrick village, both only 10-15 minutes away.
An outdoor hot-tub makes a mid-night dip seem heavenly, especially in winter months.
For families with toddlers or teenagers, seniors or just romantic couples, its fabulous place to discover Ireland.
We can also offer a two centre stay combined with our apartment in the French alps for those travelling to Europe and looking for variety

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are Ashley, Lisa and Ben (aged four) Mc Kinley. Coitin Abhainn Na Glinne is our rural retreati in Donegal where we just get away from the hussle and bustle of Belfast and work.
We love the outdoor life and pack our bags for weekends away as much as possible. We love travelling as does Ben and even though he's only four he's been almost everywhere with us including France, USA, Mexico, Spain,Switzerland, Italy and even the Caribbean.

Although we have listed some preferences, we are open to all offers. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Ireland.

We are keen travellers and are looking forward to experiencing life in different countries.Go on surprise us!
