Our home

We bought our beautiful 2 bed home 5 years ago and have been very happy here. Its just off monkstown road, similar to Mosman in the house prices!! large living room, large and comfy kitchen with patio outside where we have entertained up to 30 people for BBQ.

Upstairs is a new clean bathroom with old varnished wooden floors and power shower, wc, sink, etc but no bath.

The our son, 21, has a small double bed with tv, stereo, large desk. small room but we have had guests sleep with kids on floor, etc

Main bedroom has large king size comfy bed with 2 side tables and we love to listen to all the birds outside our window in the trees or the rain on the roof.

You can have use of our new convertible Merc 240 CLK also.!!!

Your neighbourhood

If you ask anyone who knows dublin, they will say monkstown is a lovely area. we have 3 other very friendly neighbours /houses in our secluded mews.

Outside our gate is monkstown road and turn right and walk 10 mins for blackrock village, turn left and walk 10 mins to monkstown village, beach and dunlaoire pier is 5 mins to start a beautiful walk, bus stop at top of lane, dart down alma road.
