Our home

We offer a comfortable and spacious detached 3 bedroom home located two minutes from a blue flag beach The house has three bedrooms : one double with ensuite, another double room with cot and one triple which sleeps three comfortably but would accommodate more children. There is an ample kitchen and dining space downstairs and a separate sitting room. There is a full bathroom with bath and shower upstairs while one bedroom has an ensuite of toilet, sink and shower. There is also a toilet downstairs. The backyard is maintenance free with a BBQ and separate shed which contains many children's toys and games.

  1. We are a family of 5 with three young children. We love to travel, hike, swim and cycle. We love nature and spending time in the outdoors, but also enjoy cities breaks, historical sites and all sports.

The house is located in the centre of a charming rural village which contains numerous traditional Irish bars, a hotel and some basic restaurants. The house is a short walk from Ballyheigue beach: a pristine picturesque blue flag beach which stretches for approximately 5 km. Ballyheigue itself is a 15 minute drive from Tralee which is County Kerry's main town and offers many attractions such as museums, restaurants, festivals and Aqua Park. We are a 40 minute drive from Killarney National Park with all its amenities for the outdoor enthusiast, with trails and boating, castles and manor houses to view.
