Our home

Just outside Avoca village, Avoca Wood is an exclusive development with just 20 detached homes.

All of the residents are a like-minded mix of young families and retirees that enjoy life the slow, social way! Call in if you run out of coffee, they will always have a smile for you!

Avoca Wood is a very attractive dormer-style family home, which blends beautifully into the surroundings. Lots of wood has been used, with a mix of dormer and velux-style windows, and timber decks opening out from the living areas.

We have views of the surrounding countryside, at the top of an old quarry, with a stream and woodland areas in the development, for the residents to enjoy.
