Our home

Our house is beautiful, clean and deceptively spacious family home set in a quiet, much sought after neighbourhood. The house is situated on 3/4 of an acre, surrounded by trees giving us all the privacy we need. We have plenty lawn for kicking a ball etc. otherwise there is a garden playhouse and a large trampoline for those with extra energy. Our two teared deck provides a comfortable area to relax/dine outside and sit around a gas fired lava pit. Off the deck, French doors lead into our cosy living room with comfortable couches/recliner making it our favourite room in the house. It also has a solid-fuel stove, vaulted ceilings, solid walnut floor and a large LCD TV with Sky plus. The living area and kitchen are adjoined giving a lovely open spacious feel. Our kitchen has porcelain tile & granite tops with all modern NEFF appliances for any amount of self catering needed. Beyond the kitchen is our beautifully decorated hall leading to a second living room/games room where we have a pool table, Xbox live gaming and rocker,PS3, Wii,large LED TV etc. and when not in use, makes for a great retreat for some quiet time. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with lots of natural light, two have walk-in closets and the other has its own suite with electric shower. The other electric shower can be found in the main bathroom.. You are more than welcome to use our cars/bikes etc, we have a Kia Sedona, Toyota Avensis & mountain bikes etc.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our house location has the beauty of being on a County Clare hillside in a peaceful setting amongst a handful of friendly neighbours, while a 5 min drive will have you shopping in the centre of Limerick city. We are spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor life with stunning walks on the banks of the Shannon river, coastal walks on beautiful sandy beaches or more elevated walking in the hills & mountains. We really are in the centre of things to do, whether you'd like to experience the wonderful history of this region, enjoy tourist attractions or take in some of Irelands great sporting events. A 20 min drive will have you in Killaloe & Lough Derg with its water sports, shore side restaurants or boat hire where you can explore the Lough and stop off in quaint villages for a pub lunch and taste what Ireland is all about. If its sport then we are surrounded by some of the worlds top golf courses with Ballybunnion, Lahinch & Waterville to name a few, then there's gaelic football, hurling, horse racing. For those egg chasers don't forget, Limerick is the home of Munster rugby or you may even want to consider Ireland as a base for the Olympics in 2012. Further afield out west you'll find places such as the breath-taking Cliffs of Moher or the Burren waiting to be explored. Obviously we can't cover everything to do & see in our area but we'd be more than willing to guide you towards places of your own interest. This link www.discoverireland.ie will give you a good idea into all Ireland has to offer...
