Our home

We live in a beautiful 5 bed bungalow. The living area is open plan with lots of large windows to enjoy the countryside. We have an indoor barbeque in the sunroom which can be enjoyed all year round. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is 1 king size bedroom with ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room, 1 nursery with cot and 1 spare room with double guest bed. The house is set on half an acre with a large outdoor patio/eating area, lawns and play area with trampoline. Our home is spacious and comfortable. We are surrounded by stunning panoramic views of the irish countryside and wildlife.

Your neighbourhood

We live in a very beautiful area 3 miles from the heritage town of Abbeyleix, with shops, restaurants, pubs, playground and farmers market on saturday. 35 mins from the medieval city of Kilkenny with lots to do and see including a beautiful restored castle, shops, theatre, restaurants and pottery. We are 1 hour from the capital Dublin with many historical sites and 1 1/2 hours from the beach. There are lots of places to picnic, walk, hike, including gardens, parks, castles, mountains and historical sites all locally. There is also good shopping, horse riding, golfing, theatres, swimming all in the surrounding area.
