Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our apartment is 5min walk from Central, the escalator, Hong Kong Park, Lan Kwai Fong and Soho.
"Mid-levels refers loosely to the area above Central and below the Peak, stretching east and west of Garden Road. It is city living in predominantly high-rise accommodations. Often referred to as "Lower Peak ", Mid-levels Central is very beautiful with winding, hilly roads surrounded by trees.
Although the area is densely populated, many well-known prestigious blocks and high quality properties are found in here. Apartments are generally airy and spacious; many of them offers pools and sports facilities. Lower complexes normally have views of neighboring buildings and the city, while higher floors may have Victoria Harbour or lush-green views. Some developments higher up on the hill might also get a glimpse of the Peak.
The Adventist and Canossa Hospitals are situated in Mid-levels, as are a number of international schools such as the Glenealy School, the Island School and the Carmel School etc. The one-way Bowen Road is favoured by many joggers as it is with reasonable distance stretching off from Garden Road to Kennedy Road and located at the heart of the area.

Densely populated with many being singles and couples, there is a high concentration of expatriates who enjoy easy access to the entertainment offerings of Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo. There are apartments that fit many budgets, and often rental rates reflect the views, some of which are stunning, spanning over the city skyline, over Victoria Harbour to Kowloon side.
The escalator allows easy access from and to Central: This 800-metre system consists of covered walkways, 20 reversible escalators and three travelators. Starting from Connaught Road Central, it runs to Des Voeux Road Central, passes through Central district to Conduit Road in Mid-levels. From one end to the other, it takes only 20 minutes to complete the journey, much quicker and energy efficient than walking."
