Our home

Due to security reasons it has not yet been possible to install a slide from the balcony directly into the see :). The view is great and can also be enjoyed from the hammock in the living room (this is by the way a perfect cradle for tired children).
The kitchen, eating area and living room are en suite. Many days of the year, it is also possible to sit outside and eat.
The "master" bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room we have a sofa, which very easily can be converted into a double bed. In the children's room we have a bunk bed with bedstaff and a cradle.
The bathroome has two toilets (one normal size and one for small children), and a bath tub.

Who we are

  1. We are a family of 5, consisting of mama Niki, who is a lawyer/ mediator, papa Spiros, who is in charge of helping people publish their own books (www.mypublish.gr), sister Danai, 7 years old and just lost her 2nd tooth, brother Ion, 5 y.o and a fan of robots and little Iris, 3 y.o. who doesn't travel anywhere without her lipstick.

We have done 2 exchanges (swaps) so far and both of them were really great experiences. For us it seems like the perfect way of traveling, especially when arranging with families that have childrens as well.
Don't hesitate to contact us - we are open for all offers :)

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Loutraki is a relatively small town (I beleive it has about 10.000 habitans) and is located only one hour from Athens, - the capital of Greece. The hallmark og Loutraki is its water. Famous for the spa and absolutely clean drinking water. Plenty of cafes, bars and eating places / cozy tavernas. The activities in the town are plenty - especially during the summer time where the water fun park and water sports are very popular. The central location of Loutraki also gives you the opportunity to rent a car and visit famous ancient sights, such as Epidaurus with the ancient theater, Delphi known for its oracle, Acropolis in Athnes and much much more.
