Our home

Non-simultaneus swopping possible to my both homes, one in Spain (for 6-8 pers.) and one in Finland (1-3 pers.) Here I introduce the Helsinki-Finland studio.
- Shortly e will separate the Spain house to its own section.

Helsinki (all June-July-August set)
is Finland's capital, green and coastal and international, English spoken everywhere. And why not make a jump to St. Petersburg by train (3,5 hours only) or by a cruiser ship (72 hrs trip without visa is nice)? My other home is Malaga - Spain, please see below.

This 33 m2 Helsinki studio
has a French balcony and a green luminous view over the quiet street to park. The house has no lift, and this is the easy middle floor. Street parking is always easy, and this is a peaceful residential area called Southern Haaga, "Etelä-Haaga".
Everything is small but tidy and functional.

The handy tram line nro 10 terminal stop is 4 minutes away. The distance to the nearest 2 supermarkets is max. 4 minutes walking. The buses are many, and their stops are even more close, at approx 3 min. away.

The Helsinki city center is only 15-20 minutes by public transportation.
My home is ideal for people who come to discover Helsinki, its fantastic archipelago, sea-fortresses and coasts. Also for those willing to make a jump to Lapland or Sweden or Russia. See e.g. a multilingual Helsinki guide: www.visithelsinki.fi

Your cat or dog is welcome with you. I have no pets but often I take care of my daughter's dog.

I will be traveling alone in exchange, but my Helsinki home sleeps 2-3, in separate beds, though. My house in Malaga, with a pool, sleeps at least 6.

Property features

Who we are

  1. After a decade + in Spain as a foreign correspondent I am returning to Helsinki but I am anxious to travel, always.

My plans: as I have also a second home, in Málaga coastal area, it would be my retirement place sometime. If you got interested in swopping the 3 bedroom house with a private pool in Malaga, let me know.

I love animals and would like to take care of a cat/ cats, and also a dog if someone with better feet than mine takes it for the necessary longer runs. Also your pets would enjoy the closed and safe garden in Malaga.

I am not needing "sunny and warm", had a lot of it in Spain :).

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

My home quarter in Helsinki, Haaga: established, peaceful area. There are residential blocks of no more than 4 floors, and lots of green park in between.

Helsinki is full of culture and interesting places, not forgetting the beautiful coastline and seashore. I will leave you all the guides here.

For the Spain house, write me. It is my second home, a nice 3-bedroom house in Malaga, Southern coast of Spain. I reside partly there and mainly in Finland.
