Our home

Our home is brand new from May 2007 build in modern architecture and stylish materials and interior. The centre of the house is our large kitchen/living room of 70 m2 with TV, sofa, kitchen, fireplace and eating area - closely connected to a 35 m2 terrace with 2 sliding doors. All rooms are large and have floor to ceiling windows.
Our garden is mainly grass, so it offers good opportunities for playing, sun bathing or enjoying good food from the barbecue under the sun umbrella.
View to the forest, 500 metres to supermarkets and 1 km. to a beautiful clean lake with good swimming.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are a young couple in beginning of our 30's. Jakob is working as project leader and Anne is strategic buyer. We are open to all offers, so just mail us and let's talk about it.
As we have no kids, we are able to travel at most times, as long as it is planned a few months in advance.
We will maybe be travelling with another couple of our friends, if possible.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our home is located in some of Denmarks most beautiful nature in the middle of Jutland. Right next to the beautiful beech forest and less than 1 km from one of Denmarks most clean lakes with sandy swimming beach. The village, Ry, has app. 6.000 inhabitants and nice restaurants, grocery shopping etc.
The landscape is perfect for walking and cycling trips with beautiful forests, hills, lakes and small cosy villages. Go canoeing on Gudenaaen, Denmarks longest river or sail to Himmelbjerget, one of Denmarks highest points with amazing view of the surrounding area.

Within 1 hour in the car you can easily reach Aarhus, Denmarks second biggest city, Legoland, Wiking Museums, summer residence of the Queen Marselisborg and many other interesting places. In Denmark there is plenty to see and do and everything is within close reach.
