Our home

We have a nice home. It is functional, we have nice furniture that can stand being used - and still look OK. We keep our house in good shape, but do not pester our selves if a small detail is not corrected rigth away. The brigth nigths of Scandinavia is reflected in colours & number of windows.

Property features

Who we are

  1. A family of 4 hereof 2 kids. Husband is Personnel Director and Wife is School Manager. We live an active life where we put emphasis on being active and to have a house that is both nice and usable and practical. Surfing, Golf, Kayaking, Biking and nature experiences are important aspects of family life. We like the idea of exchaging homes - both because it will get us into a "real" neighbourhood (not a holiday home) and because of the economics involved. We will take care of your home as if it were our own and honour any agreement we make.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Copenhagen is a fantastic city to live in. Tough a big city you feel as being in a very calm area these just 3 miles from the absolute centre. Close to clear water (beaches), Sweden is just a bridge and 40 mins drive away. If you want to do a bit of scandinavian/european travel the Copenhagen airport is an international hub, hosting a number of low-fare airlines. By car you will get all around Denmark in just 5 hours - Germany (i.e. berlin) is just 6 hours away by car & ferry. This is on a local and european level a very cosy and central spot
