Our home

Beautiful house/apartment right on the beach with a panoramic view to the UN nominated world heritage castle Kronborg and to Sweden. The sandy beach is just across the road. Our home is newly restored, with Danish designer furniture with a charm typical for the coastal area of Denmark. There is a lot of light, air, sea, and sense of space around you when you're inside. There is also a small garden. There is everything you need in terms of modern equipment.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our home is 50 kilometres north of Copenhagen, capital of Denmark. The beach is right outside the windows and the forest 5 minutes walk away. Situated on the north coast of Zealand is the loveliest and most charming part of Denmark. Sweden is just across with the ferry and Copenhagen international airport is 1 hour away by train or car. The neighbourhood is an old historic industrial area (don't worry no factories..), but there is a an old watermill where guns were made several hundred years ago. Within 30 minutes of driving you'll find Kronborg Castle, Frederiksborg Castle and Fredensborg Castle. Within 1 hour you'll find Copenhagen centre, Sweden, Roskilde and the Vikingship museum. Numerous other sights are also close by, but not mentioned here. So if you are looking for beautiful surroundings with lots of history, culture and nature this is it. Denmark is very peaceful with hardly any crime.
