Our home

I'm offering a flat in the centre of Prague - beautiful neighbourhood of Vinohrady. It is a spacious flat with two separate rooms and a kitchen with a big living room. Suitable for 4-5 people.

Flat that is located in the Vinohrady area. It is a fairly quiet and residential area and so you don't have to worry about the noise from the street. But at the same time it is located in the centre so you can walk to the Wenceslas Square by foot or just go one station by metro. It is perfect for anyone who likes to walk a lot since not only the neighbourhood itself is beautiful, but there is the park "Havlíčkovy sady" just 2 min walk and like 5 min walk there is a very big park "Riegrovy sady" with an amazing view and the biggest biergarden in Prague.

What is great about it is that you get a lot of sun in the living room (as you can see in the pictures). There are two separate rooms with big beds and some storage space. Everything is furnished. Then there is a kitchen with a big living room, the kitchen is fully equipped so I'm sure you could often enjoy cooking something at home :)

There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fast speed internet.

Public transport is very convenient, 2 min walk to green A metro line and at least 4 tram lines.

And there will always be a nice bottle of Moravian wine or czech beer waiting for you in the fridge :)

Who we are

  1. I am Suzie, a Czech student living and studying in Prague. My sister owns 2 flats in Prague, one of which I live in myself. Both of these flats are available for exchange, depending on the dates. Both of them are on the same streets so whenever there are guests in either of the apartments, I am always happy to help, pick someone up at the airport etc. I spent a year studying in Paris and now I am enjoying Prague, it is an amazing city and there is always so much to do. Definitely worth visiting since it is pretty cheap and a very beautiful historical city.

I take care of the flats and exchanges with my parents so it may be either me or my parents communicating with you :)

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

A very calm and residential neighbourhood. Not many tourists around, there are a lot of foreigners living in this neighbourhood, but the area is pretty residential. Many nice cafés and bars around, amazing especially during the summer when you can sit outside. Very close to "Vr¨ovice" neighbourhood, which is thought to be the more hipstery and artisty part of Prague.
