Our home

My Cyprus home is a beautiful old stone cottage that's been renovated. Its layout is uniquely Mediterranean with all rooms opening out onto a courtyard. It's eclectically furnished. It is light and fresh. It has 2 bathrooms with a shower in each one.

The bedrooms each have a double bed, the main bedroom has a king and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen. It will comfortably sleep 4 people. A perfect home away from home. The kitchen is very well equipped as we love to cook and it has a lounge, dining area all open plan.

The house is 20 meters from the sea, whereby one can walk the promenade and to the old port. The beach has crystal clear water and it's our local big swimming pool. We swim absolutely every single day.
Its location is enchanting.

The house has aircon, as in August it is incredibly hot but we hardly ever use it during the rest of the year. The weather in Cyprus is perfectly balmy most of the year except in Jan & Feb, which is supposedly winter. I say winter but it's usually a very mild winter.

Suitable to relax, be inspired, and just be......for those that love being in a beautiful space and want a cultural experience of the island.
The courtyard has a frangipani tree, who's scent permeates the air and we have called the house "FRANGIPANI HOUSE"
Hours spent drawing & writing in the courtyard are part of our daily routine.

Who we are

  1. I work in the film industry as a Costume Designer and travel alot.
I was born in Cyprus was raised in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I live between Cape Town, Cyprus and often visit the USA and then work on projects all around the world. Because of my work situation, I am mostly interested in non simultaneous exchanges, as it's very difficult for me to do a simultaneous exchange unless it's over Christmas or New Year.
Please take a look at my Cape Town home too.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Located in Molos, the charming old part of Limassol.

Thalasaki beach bar is 20 meters away, the zoo is within walking distance and so is Limassol town.
It's close to the municipal library, Rialto theater, Hero square where there is often cultural events on , the castle and the old port.
I absolutely love walking to the fresh fruit & vegetable market and shopping for fresh food, fish and herbs. Cypriot Cuisine for me is one of the healthiest in the world as mostly everything is grilled with olive oil & lemon juice.

We live in a vibrant rejuvenated part of town.

Cyprus is a gorgeous island with so much to do.
In 20 minutes, you can be up in the mountains and the wine route villages.
Our family owns a winery up in VASA Village, which you are most welcome to visit. The wine is one of the finest on the island and is served at only the best of restuarants on the island.
I love to visit Governor's Beach which is a 15 minute drive.
Ladies Mile beach, which is also 15 minutes away.

Nicosia, the capital, is an hour away & we often go there for the day.
You can also cross over to Northern Cyprus, which is also incredibly beautiful with much to do. We have friends up in the North and you can happily call or e-mail them for places to visit.

I have two dear friends that also own two of the best restuarants on the island. Ta Piatakia (Small plates) owned by Roddy Diamalis and whom I've known from South Africa. And the other is Dino Costi from Dino's Art Cafe in the Limassol old town. Both restuarants are renowned on the island and I can guarantee extroadinary culinary experiences at both.

THE NEAREST AIRPORT is LARNACA but you can also fly into Paphos too.
Larnaca has more options of international flights.
