Villa Primula is set independently within its own lawned garden with swimming pool, just outside the small local village of Sv. Ivan, amongst peaceful countryside, next to the oak woods, only twenty minutes from the town of Porec.

Porec / Sv. Ivan

Porec is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. Its a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Porec Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. More than 200 villages that surround Porec have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields.
