The middle floor has a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a double door to a large 30sqm terrace with a magnificent view over the archipelago and the Adriatic ocean.
The ground floor has a one very big room, a bathroom and toilet. It is perfect for teenage children or visitors, it has a little courtyard and terrace with an out door shower.
The house is about 100 m from the ocean.

Who we are

  1. We are a Danish family living i Copenhagen. I am a paediatrician, my husband develops software. Together we have three girls age 16 to 24, the two youngest still live at home. We like to trawl but have never tried home exchanging before. Since the house in Croatia is our second home a swap doesn’t need to be simultaneous.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are situated on Ciovo in the Marvastica bay, a local quiet neighbourhood close to the town Trogir.
Trogir is a small very beautiful city and the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic complex not only in the Adriatic, but in all of Central Europe. Trogir's medieval core, surrounded by walls, comprises a preserved castle and tower and a series of dwellings and palaces from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. It has many restaurants and shopping possibilities.
The area has many attractions: the city of Split, the nationalpark Krka, and Mostar in Bosnia is only a 3 hour drive away.

Split airport is only a 20 min drive away from the house.
