Our home has been renovated 3 years ago from ground to the top. New bathrooms, new kitchen, etc. and is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large kitchen with adjoining dining room. We have a heated pool for the kids, a wonderfull garden with a small pond, cedar deck, etc.

In the basement, we have a home theatre system with satelite dish, a PS2 and and Nintendo console. Three others TV in the house all have satelite dish as well. Wireless hispeed internet is also available in the house.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are Daniel and Nathalie (mid 30 yo), 20 yo couple (we meet very early) with three kids (Vincent and France (10 yo twins) and Justin (4 yo)). Nathalie is a nurse and I'm a computer engineer. Like you probably see, our main language isn't English but French ;-) However, we are not so bad in English ... I think ;-) We take care of our home as we will do with yours. We can exchange car if you like. (We have a Toyota Corolla 2005 and Acura MDX SUV 2004).

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The house is in a cul-de-sac and at 10 minutes from the old city of Quebec. We have groseries stores, shopping center, etc within 5 to 10 minutes. In walking distance from the home, we have a few park and beach (no swimming). Quebec is realy safe city, you can get out of a bar at 3 am and walk to your car in a small street and your car will still be there and you won't get any problem to get back home. There is no place in the city to avoid at anytime of the day. Quebec is a safe city of 600,000 peoples.
