Who we are

  1. We are a senior couple with a passionate interest in all the arts, self-employed as writer/editors. We wish to spend several months in Paris in order to get to know it more intimately than it is possible to do as tourists. Please note that our dates are flexible between August 2007 and April 2008. We would like to spend six months or more in Paris but we also are open to home exchange offers of just a few months or even weeks. We would welcome a Parisian couple or family to our Canadian home and feel sure you would thoroughly enjoy getting to know our wonderful city of Toronto as well as other parts of Canada.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are in a quiet, friendly, family neighborhood steps away from a park and large grocery store, 10 minutes' walk to subway and major shopping (Bloor Street) and 20 minutes' walk to "Yonge & Bloor", Toronto's central hub. Despite private garages and ample parking, many people in our neighborhood choose not to own a car because of the city's many conveniences close by. We socialize with our neighbours and know everyone on our block. As visitors you would be warmly welcomed.
