Our home

We have just moved to this pretty area of Cambridgshire. We are very central and have easy access to Cambridge city, Stamford, Peterborough, London, Stanstead Airport, and Lovely Ely. There are many local Villages and rural country areas to visit. March itself is pretty, with a market twice a week, many pubs and different restaurants to try, with some very good food at good prices! There are a few local breweries to try the various real ales, and with local produce being the main employer, there is lots of fresh, locally grown ingredients for that special meal. the people here are very freindly, and there is very little crime. There are good amenities for families, with a leisure centre, good parks, a river running through town, with barges and pleasure boats going up and down, skate parks, basketball courts and free parking ALL across March. There is a Cinema and a sunday market at nearby Wisbeach. In the summer there are free music concerts in the Park to suit every taste, and a Town festival which lasts all weekend and is all totally free. There is a nearby outdoor pursuits centre which offers sailing, powerboating, archery, shooting, camping, horse riding and many other activities.
There is a train station in March with excellent links.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are Steve and Caroline, married with two children, Sam and Abigail. We have a friendly, loving dog called Penny and really enjoy family time. We have a touring caravan (which you may use) and enjoy our leisure time. We are both senior nurses and Steve is an Area Manager for a Care provider. We have no family local to us, so friends are important. The children are involved in many out of school activities and we like to keep active, but can be a bit lazy, we love to relax together. We enjoy a good standard of living with as many holidays as possible, abroad and in the UK (there is still so much to see and do here).
