Located on 14km of Brussels Airport.
The whole building is an old stylish mansion with in total 4 levels.
The duplex is situated on the 2nd floor
There only a staircase.
The flat has:
- a spacious Italian kitchen with a giant gas cooker
- next to the kitchen, there's the living
- both living and kitchen open to the small veranda and terrace with a view on very quite gardens of the neighbours. There's nice big trees.
- the other way is to the hall and the stairs to 2nd level.
- the hall is in the middle of the living and an office space.
- upstairs the flat (from the hallway) there's left the sleeping room (double bed), in front the bathroom, and on the right side a mezzanine where a second double mattress is on the floor.
