Our home

We offer a very central located, comfortable and quiet apartment (125m2) with a small private garden.
Our apartment has 2 levels:

 Garden level: spacious living room/dining/kitchen with height ceilings, direct access to the garden and a fireplace, bathroom with shower and bathtub
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (a children's room with 2 beds and two bedrooms with double bed). The apartment has hardwood floors, high ceilings with many windows to the small inner courtyard. Our modern flat is provided with wireless lan, TV, DVD, bath tube, separated shower, espresso machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in a very quiet street close to Schönbrunn Palace and 5 min from the town centre by Underground. By the way, a car is not necessary as the public transport is excellent.

    We are both professionals (photographer and IT consultant) and enjoy traveling.

The apartment is located in the 15th district of Vienna, a very central location for sightseeing, directly in front of the U3-subway station. The underground takes you in 5 minutes to St Stephens the heart of Vienna or in 3 minutes to the museums quarter.
Vienna itself means culture.
Bratislava(Slovak Republic) 40 minutes, Budapest 2 hours, Praha 3 h 30 minutes, Salzburg 3 hours, Venice (Italy) 5 h 30 minutes.
