Our home

Our apartment is a new built loft on top of a pre WW2 residential building in the 4th floor(no elevator). You enter the apartment in an fully equipped open kitchen/ dining area with big windows and views of the surrounding roofscape. The terrace is south/east orientated and furnished with lounge benches and an electric grill. Adjacent to the kitchen is our living room with a big sofa, usable as queen size bed for two more guests, and a 46“ 3D HD TV. The separated bed room with king size bed is oriented to a quiet courtyard and is equipped with 2 workspaces. There is wifi in the whole apartment.

Who we are

  1. We are Philipp 29 year old architect and Dominik 32 year old accountant. We are a couple for almost 8 years now and moved to this apartment two years ago. We both love to travel whenever it is possible, and already had a wonderful home exchange to Copenhagen.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The district “Neubau” is a lively area located in the center of Vienna, well known for it’s wide range of restaurants, bars, shopping and cultural offer. Bus- and tram stations are right around the corner and take you to the Museumsquartier (museum and nightlife) as well as to the historical downtown within a few stops. By (real) 10minutes walk you can go shopping on Vienna’s biggest shopping street called Mariahilfer Straße, or Spittelberg, one of the hippest places in Vienna.
