Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are in a quiet street , metres from the beach in one direction and walking tracks along the lake in the other direction. The Entrance is a tourist destination on the other side of the bridge so has a village atmosphere along the waterfront and lots of small cafes. The Central coast is from Sydney north to Newcastle, and consists of lots of very pretty beaches on the coast and interesting bush land areas to the west. Google Central Coast New South Wales for an over view of the area.
New castle has lovely areas to explore, particularly beaches, but has lots of historical sites, being populated soon after Sydney in the the early 1800's. Also we have The Hunter Valley wine region within a day visit, very scenic and lots of tasting locations.
Sydney is possible to visit in a day but requires an early start to make the most of the day. We travel there often by train to visit family. Requires an over night stay if going to live theatre.
