Our home

Our home is an inner city terrace house in a friendly tree lined street. We have 3 bedrooms, an office, lounge, dining and a large kitchen. Out the back we have a very small garden with a sauna and spa. There is a great cafe right across the road.

Property features

Who we are

  1. Lionel and I (Cali) have two children, a boy 12 years and a girl 10 years. Our children go to a Montessori school and are very independent and well behaved. We have never done a house swap before and I am still convincing Lionel that it will be ok.

I have lived in Sweden for a while and speak a little Swedish. The children would love to see a white Christmas, and I would like to see my friends again.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are just a short walk from Central Station where you can get buses and trains all over Sydney and the State. Its only a fifteen minute drive from our house to the beach. It is affordable to eat & drink "out" in Australia and there is great shopping and fantastic restaurants in the nearby subburbs of Newtown, Glebe and Paddington. You can walk into the CBD or get a bus from the corner right through town to the harbour where you can climb the harbour bridge or visit the Opera House. Or you can jump on a ferry to visit Manly beach or the zoo. It is a very vibrant central location and Sydney comes alive in January with the Festival of Sydney.
