Our home

Our home is in the Dandenong ranges, is well established in a quiet secluded court and in a very friendly neighbourhood. It has a well equiped kitchen and laundry, adjacent to a large L shaped lounge/dining area. The dining area opens onto a balcony, with barbecue and dining facilitues and overlooks a quiet treed garden. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe lying off the entrance hall. A study opens separately onto the entrance hall. There are three other bedrooms with inbuilt wardrobes, a bathroom with separate shower and a separate toilet.

Who we are

  1. Judith is a former nurse teacher and full-time grandma. She loves gardening and craft work and is a gifted artist in watercolours. She regularly attends a craft group and makes most the school clothing for our various grand children
    George also likes gardening and pottering about. He works in the forensic psychiatric area, but he has also had experience as a secondary school teacher and as a nurse teacher.

The Dandenong Ranges lie about 40 km east of Melbourne and are one of the most popular tourest attractions. Their are many scenic views and a number of excellent restaraunts. A golf course and outdoor swimming pool are close by and a bowls club is a 5 minute car ride away. The scenic Yarra Valley is within easy reach, with a number of well-known vinyards, and Mount Baw Baw and Lake Mountain offer skying and toboganing in the winter season. Well marked walking tracks provide bushwalking opportunities.
