Our home

We have a large 3 bedroom home, master bedroom with ensuite and 2 bedrooms which share another bathroom. The home has an internal laundry, 2 car garage, large sitting room, open plan living area and a very spacious modern kitchen. All appliances and furniture including the soft leather sofa with reclining chairs and TV are nearly new and in "mint" condition. We have a small, easy-to-maintain garden and undercover decking in our back yard as well as a huge (2m X 2m) "heated" spa bath. Our outdoor furinture is nearly new too. Our home is less than 3 years old and in "immaculate" condition. We live opposite a lake and regularly feed the ducks that walk onto our front lawn. Our home is located in a new estate.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We live in the north of Melbourne. Melbourne is the capital city of Victoria. Our suburb South Morang is approximately 30 kms away from the centre of Melbourne city. It takes approximatley 30 min to travel to the centre of the city on a motorway by car. Large shopping centres are less than 10 kms away with tourist attractions not much further. However, if you like shopping, watching live sport or fine dining then Melbourne is a "world class" city offering the most amazing experiences. Imagine living in a city that has the equivalent theatre shows and arts culture of New York, shopping of Florence, restaurants of Paris, live sports venues and entertainment factor of Wembley soccer, Lourdes cricket, Wimbledon tennis and the Monoco grande prix. Melbourne is a sensational place to live in and visit in both winter or summer. Melbourne also has a world class Casino. We also have the Commonwealth games in March 2006. Why don't you come over as see for yourselves? We also live about 20 kms away from the international airport which you can use to visit other Australian cities.
