Walk to popular Sunshine Coast surf beach in 5 minutes!

Modern spacious 3 bedroom apartment 250 metres from Maroochydore surfing beach at beautiful Cotton Tree on the Sunshine Coast. Walk to the beach, the river and shops, restaurants and bars. There are many other beaches nearby or you can drive to the mountains and rainforests of the hinterland within half an hour.

The apartment is on the second(top) floor with views over a park to the mountains. Cotton Tree is a small self-contained enclave within Maroochydore where you can walk everywhere - to our shops, to the next beaches of Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The Sunshine Coast extends for 60 kms from Caloundra in the south to Noosa in the north with Maroochydore (and Cotton Tree) right in the middle. Dozens of beaches are to be found along this stretch of coast. Brisbane is about an hour south of Maroochydore and there is a door-to-door service from anywhere on the Sunshine Coast to the Brisbane International Airport. The Sunshine Coast's own airport provides flights to other Australian cities.
Fraser Island is couple of hours to the North and many companies run day and overnight trips to see the wonderful beaches, lakes and wildlife of the world's biggest sand island. Famous Noosa beach and town is only about 30 minutes drive north. Our Google Maps link gives a good idea of where we are in relation to all of these places.
