A unique 2 storey home with fabulous views of the Peel Estuary from the front balcony and the Indian Ocean from the back balcony .   1. Alan and I are retired & we like to keep busy. We have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Alan enjoys playing golf, photography, music and plays guitar and banjo. I enjoy reading, cooking, gardening, walking, and anything to do with the great outdoors. The same goes for Alan & we really enjoy the company of other people.

Falcon is 50 minutes by train fo Perth, 45 minutes to Fremantle. Mandurah is the start of the southern wine growing region of West Australia and is a popular holiday destination with a population of approx. 85,000. It is very popular for fishing, crabbing (Dec, to May) boating and kyacking on the large Peel estuary. Also swimming, windsurfing and most water sports on the many waterways surrounding the area. There are many walking and cycling tracks & golf courses with-in 15 minutes drive. It is 2 hour drive to the famous Margaret River wineries and 30 minutes to Penguin Island, home to fairy penguins.Our home is just minutes to the beach, shopping centre, Irish Tavern, cafes & restaurants. We are 8kms South of Mandurah city centre with a bus stop 100 metres away . We are 77kms to the Perth CBD via thé Freeway.Perth and the coastal holiday spots are very casual, easy to navigate around and the sun shines most of the year.
