Our home

Our lovely cottage is in a huge sub-tropical garden, where you can pick your own papaya, passionfruit and citrus fruits as well as all your salad vegetables. The house is compact but very attractive. It's filled with artifacts from our travels. The interior has been completely modernised. Their are 2 big verandahs for outside dining and a separate garage/work room area. It's completely private with a great outlook of trees and hills. We have even seen koalas on the front lawn. And the colourful native birds come to the bird bath and feeder all the time.
We have wave skis, surf boards, bikes and golf clubs for the use of visitors.

Property features

Who we are

  1. I am a retired teacher librarian. My husband, Peter is also a retired teacher and businessman. We are both very involved with sporting activities....I paddle my wave ski in the harbour every morning and Peter is passioate about lawn bowls. We have lived and worked in Canada, Peru and Colarado but love Coffs Harbour ....it's a wonderful place. We have two daughters....one lives in Darwin, the other in New Zealand and we spend a lot of time visiting them.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are 3 blocks from the main shopping area, and 8 blocks from the harbour, restaurant strip and surf beaches. Everything is within walking distance. A bus runs from the corner. but our street is a quiet cul-de-sac.Our neighbours are really great, helpfull people
Coffs Harbour is a tourist town of approximately 60000 people (area), famous for the beautiful beaches, national parks and recreational facilities (one block away from a 36 hole golf course). It's situated half way between Sydney and Brisbane, and can be accessed by cheap flights, train, bus and road. It's a great holiday destination but also provides all the advantages of a city.
