Our home

We live in a comfortable house in a suburb that is fairly central to all of what Canberra has to offer. Canberra is 3 hours from Sydney, 2 1/2 hours from beautiful beaches and 2 1/2 hours from ski-fields (Thredbo, Perisher and Jindabyne). It is a lovely city with beautiful open spaces and friendly people. Some attractions include: Bushwalking, Australian Parliament House, Australian War Memorial, National Zoo and Aquarium, National Gallery, National Museum, great cafes and bars. Transport is easy- the nearest bus stop is about 200 metres from our house and buses travel regularly, car hire and taxis are also easy to come by.

October weather is usually lovely in Canberra, Sunny Days with cooler nights. We have four cats and 1 dog- a spoodle named Samson.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are a family of four with two children who are 2 and 4 years old. We are in our late 20's/early 30's. Our interests include politics (my hubby works as an advisor for a Conservative Politician) he is also an artist when he gets the chance. I work in the public service at the moment I love music and have a small music room with a piano, however most of our spare time is spent playing and doing fun stuff with our kids.

Your neighbourhood

We are good friends with our close neighbours. Our suburb is fairly quiet, most of our neighbours families and own their homes.
