Property features

Who we are

  1. My name is Jane and my defactos name is Paul. We are mature age people but not past it yet. Paul is a gardener at a High School and a musician. I am also a musician and a seasonal worker in a local vinyard. We love our houses and live on a small farm up on the scarpe near Collie and 45 minutes drive from Binninup. This is our first attempt at house swapping. Our niece is travelling with us. She is 22. There is no time or season limit on Binninup as it is our second home. We must come to Ireland at the time mentioned as it is booked already and suits our niece who is an executive.

Holiday village with 1000 residents full time and about 8000 in school holidays. Main activities fishing, surfing, walking, swimming, four wheel drive beach, diving, watching sun set over ocean whilst eating the worlds best fish and chips.Close to modern city of Bunbury and wonderfully picturesque inlet along which crabbing and net fishing is popular in season.Very quiet place with kangaroos sometimes in yards eating lawns. Careful driving at night. Very safe environment, virtually no crime.
