We have a lovely home in a premier location on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland . It has 3 bedrooms - main with ensuite and walk in robe; bathroom and an additional powder room; modern kitchen with all appliances; separate laundry; a large lounge-dining area; family room with study nook; double garage; enclosed sunny screened verandah overlooking the saltwater inground pool; covered deck area with views to the Blackall Range and a picturesque easy care garden.

Who we are

  1. We are a retired and active couple who love travelling, music, walking, art, theatre, and spending time with our family and grandchildren. Our preferred region for travelling is Europe as we have close relatives living in the UK whom we try to visit every one to two years. Torn between Australia and Europe, we would like to be able to spend time each year in both places. However, we are also keen to visit other parts of the world such as USA and Canada and would be interested in house swapping opportunities in other countries. Our home is our pride and joy and we would, likewise, respect and care for yours as if it were our own.

Located in the picturesque hill-top village, Buderim is part of the beautiful Queensland Sunshine Coast with it's sub tropical climate. We are only 10 minutes drive to the surrounding beaches, 30 minutes from Noosa and one hour's drive on the freeway to Brisbane. The immediate locality is within easy walking distance to a modern and well serviced shopping centre with cafes, restaurants, hotel, supermarket, gift shops, clothing outlets, etc. The train stations and Sunshine Coast Airport are less than fifteen minutes away and the region boasts several internationally rated golf courses, great fishing, whale watching, boating and diving, plus many more attractions, such as Australia Zoo and world famous Fraser Island, in close proximity.
