Our home away from home( we split our time between our Perth property in Bicton, near the river and our Broadwater home, near the sea.We can swap either home. Our 3x2 home in the southwest of Western Australia is at the gateway to the southwest and is the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday at any time of the year, There are countless activities, tourism destinations for all the seasons of the year. Our near new home has large rooms, the lounge being 6x6metres, the gourmet kitchen and family dining room 6x8 and the sunroom is 4x4 metres in size. The bedrooms are large.,all come with built in robes, queen size beds and electric blankets which you will not need!We spend all our time in the sunroom watching the birds, in particularly little blue fairy wrens frolicking in the bird bath. Our homes is airconditioned reverse cycle for both summer and winter. We have every modern appliance you would ever need, an extensive collection of cd's and dvd's of varying tastes, and over a thousand books. we are strictly non smokers and keep our home immaculate, as we would yours. There are two rainwater tanks, and the gardens are fully reticulated. Just step out and collect your vegetables and herbs for dinner, your figs and lemons and pawpaws are there for the taking too.
