Comfortable 3 bedroom home in garden setting. Double bed in main with shower and toilet, 2nd bedroom queen size bed, third bedroom 1 single bed. Bathroom and seperate toilet. Office with computer/internet. Comfortable lounge with open fireplace T.V.(no cable) stereo dvd and video, separate dining area. Kitchen with dining table and TV. Gas central heating , air conditioning. Private covered outdoor area.

Who we are

  1. Pam and Ian are a retired couple who have enjoyed many home exchanges since 1999. We have had exchanges from ten days to three months duration in England, Germany, Australia and New Zealand, both North and South Islands, and Canada & Nth.East U.S. We are now open to offers. A car is available, non simultaneous exchanges could be accommodated. Non smokers, no pets preferred.

10 mins walk to historic (in Australian terms) village of Berwick, railway stn.& village pub. Have Breakfast, lunch & dinner with teas or coffee in between at more than a dozen street-side cafes and restaurants, some offering unique Australian dishes and decor. 5 mins by car to major shopping & Civic centre with indoor heated pool and modern library, bus passes door. Wilson Botanical Park a 10 min walk (to the front gate), has a high hill with lookouts, views for 30 kms, picnic facilities, gardens and lakes where a variety of birds and animals may be seen. All the facilities of a modern city, easy commuting to Melbourne by car or train, nearby Dandenong Ranges, scenic hills with forest walks, gardens and numerous quaint villages. Day trips to higher mountains and a dozen different sandy beaches from 20 mins. to 2 hour drive away.
