Our home

We have a large home on a bush block which means we have a large garden too. Our furnishings are modern and comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have Queensize beds the other two have singles. We have two seperate lounge rooms which is ideal if you have kids like ours who want to watch TV while you want to relax with a good book. We think our home is great for entertaining as it is quite open plan and we also have a good outside area for al fresco eating. At the back of our garden is a reserve area so we get lots of wildlife visiting, especially Parrots and Kookaburra's.

Your neighbourhood

Katanning is a farming community we have a population of about 5000 so it is quite a small country town. We have a main street with all the shops you need and restaurants, also a few pubs too. There is a Library and two art galleries one of which is an Aboriginal gallery. If it gets hot we have a large public swimming pool just around the corner from us. Perth is about 3 hours drive from us. Albany is about 1 and a half hours drive with lots of vinyards on the way for wine tasting.
