Property features

Who we are

  1. We are a young unmarried couple. I work at the family company, a toy factory and my boyfriend is a software programmer. We love to travel around the world and live like locals do. In 2011 we had our first swap experience and it was great. We will take care of your home as if it was our own. We have tickets for NY in October but we have to make a non simultaneous swap because the apartment is taken that month.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

San Telmo is one of the city's oldest neighborhoods; originally the wealthiest families lived there. As a result of that you can find a lot of colonial houses walking by the cobbled paved streets.
Today is a place that you can easily relate to Tango, either going to Plaza Dorrego to see the street artists or to a place like El Viejo Almacen to see a show and have dinner.
Walking through the area you can find museums, antique shops, old churches and Plaza Dorrego that has a fair.
When you arrive you can sense the bohemian style, art galleries are equally
mixed with street artists and tango and Murga dancers.
Is a good touristic point because is near Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, La Boca, Downtown and Obelisco.
