How do I search for an exchange?

Search for an exchange at any time on the homepage or click Search homes in the top right of the page.

Once there, simply enter where you would like to go, when and the number of people travelling.

If you have specific exchange requirements use the Filters located beneath the Search bar.

 

How can I filter my search?

If you have specific trip requirements use the Filters function located beneath the Search bar.

 

How can I change my search dates?

Using the Search bar on the Search page you can add the month and the number of days for which you will be travelling.

You will have the option to request specific dates when contacting a member.

 

How can I sort my results?

Sort your search results using the Sort by function on the right hand side of the Search page.

You can sort by Featured or Most Recent.

 

How can I see members who would like to exchange to my location?

If you would like to see members who would like to exchange to your location use Filters function located beneath the Search bar.

Under Options, tick the filter Members who wish to travel to my location.

 

How can I save a home for later?

To shortlist a home for later, simply click the heart icon in the top right of one of the member's photos.

You can do so either on the Search page or on a member’s listing.

To see your Shortlist click the heart icon in the top right of the page.

 

Do you still offer a map view when searching for an exchange?

We will be adding a new map based search soon.
