Why do I need a membership?

A membership will allow you to message other members and agree exchanges on our platform.

By agreeing your exchanges on our platform you can benefit from the assistance of our Membership team for any queries you have before, during or after the exchange.

Agreeing exchanges also demonstrates commitment and builds trust between members prior to staying in each other's homes.

What are my membership options?

Each membership allows you to exchange to homes worldwide. We provide three membership tiers, each offering different benefits:

How does the free trial work?

The free trial allows you to list your home, search for an exchange and message members for 14 days.

You will not be able to agree your exchange during your free trial, if you’re ready to agree an exchange you can become a full member at any time.

When will I be charged after my free trial?

You trial will become a paid, annual membership at the end of your free trial.

Cancel at any time by contacting our Membership team at hello@homeforexchange.com.

When does my membership renew?

Your annual membership renews automatically on your expiry date.

You can find your expiry date under Account information in the My profile section.
