Where can I add or remove availability?

Add or remove availability at any time by going to My homes.

Once there, click Set your availability. You will have the option to choose dates when your home is Available, Unavailable or Open to Offers.

 

How can I stop receiving exchange requests for dates when my home is not available?

Once there, click Set your availability and you will have the option to choose dates when your home is Available, Unavailable or Open to Offers.

Your home will not appear in search results for dates when it is unavailable. Other members will not be able to request these dates either.

 

What happens when I set my availability?

Once you have Set your availability, the calendar on your listing will update. This lets other members know when your home is Available, Unavailable or Open to Offers.

Keeping this information up to date will ensure you receive exchange requests relevant to your availability. 

You are able to set your home as always available.

What does Open to offers mean?

If you have a period of time where you are not necessarily looking to exchange but could be tempted by the right offer, you can set your home as Open to offers

How can I see another member’s availability?

All listings include the relevant member’s availability. Scroll down a member’s listing to see their availability displayed in calendar format in the Our availability section.
