Home for Exchange FAQs
You can translate information into your language by using the translation tool. This tool appears on home listing pages and in your exchange discussion.
The tool will only appear if the languages of both users do not match. You will not see this, for example, if you are an English speaker viewing a property in the UK or United States.
The translation tool supports English, French and Spanish.
You can see reviews left by members by clicking See more stories on the homepage.
Homes with reviews will display these on their listing below Property Features for you to read.
After you have completed an exchange, that has been agreed on-site, you will receive an email request for a review and a notification link on your account.
Click 'Review my exchange' to provide feedback on your trip. If you have multiple, click 'View all' to see all pending review requests.
You will be able to give a detailed review of your experience. This will then be sent to our team to add to the relevant listing.
