Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Arradon, chez Catherine, Jean Pierre et leurs enfants. Leur maison est très spacieuse, confortable, et très bien située pour visiter la région, entre Saint Nazaire et Lorient. Nous sommes très satisfait de cet échange. Ils ont pris soin de notre maison et l'ont laissé très propre à leur départ.
Ils possèdent deux adorables chats, très facile à gérer.

Our pleasant time in Alban and Roxane's flat was perfectly organized by our hosts with a lot of helpful information and a yummy snack in the fridge. The absolute highlight of their place is the huge balcony with a cute little vegetable garden in a bag! It was nice to spend half of the day there in the open air, following the sun or hiding from the sun.
The wonderful ancient city center of Aix-en-Provence is within walking distance though we often decided to use the two bicycles our hosts offered.
The surroundings offer great walks and excursions, mostly connected by public transport.

My family and I spent 10 fantastic days in Deborah and Ray's beautiful home just outside of Fort Lauderdale.

Our exchange was perfect. The home is fantastic...large pool and hot tub, lots of room, beautiful setting...all the amenities. The home is located close to beaches and only 35-40 minutes from Miami and the glamor of South Beach.

I enjoyed getting to know Deborah through the process and she was very thorough regarding the details. I had the good fortune to meet Deborah and Ray upon my return and I really enjoyed there company.

If you are looking for beaches, shopping and lots of fun...this place is it.

The communication with Karl-Heinz and his wife was easy before the exchange to make sure that each of us will spend a good time.
When we arrived in their flat, everything was very clean, ready for us (towels, sheets...) and they also had the kindness to let us some food, beers and little presents!
They also let us a lot of tips and advices for shopping, restaurants, parks and activities close to the flat or in Berlin.

When we arrived in their flat, everything was very clean, ready for us (towels, sheets...) and they also had the kindness to let us some food, beers and little presents!
They also let us a lot of tips and advices for shopping, restaurants, parks and activities close to the flat or in Berlin.
The flat is bright and nice with wooden floor, a lot of plants which makes you immediately feel comfortable. The flat is also funny because you can find some hidden places (a workshop, a children's secret room, a workroom etc.). It was really what the German call "Gemütlichkeit": you immediately feel good, at home, you won't be bored on rainy days because there is so much to read!
You are very close to the S-Bahn station (1 min.) or U-bahn station (1 hr. 30 min.) but don't have disturbing noises of transports, so you get very easily to the city center or other places.
You're also near Treptower park (2 stations) where you can go and relax, eat, make some bicycles. And if you prefer, you can maj=ke these things on the other side in Tempelhof airport, which is a very original place (an old airport where you can make some bike, jogging, BBQ etc.).
An other really great thing was that they let us their (beautiful) bikes and biking in Berlin is definitely a great way of discovering this city.
We also wrote mails during the exchange to keep contact and to give each other some information.
When we went back home, we found our flat as clean and in order as we had left it! Everything was at the right place, it was perfectly clean and cherry on the cake, they bought us some food for our return (and a very kind present) what made us a bit ashamed because we forgot to make that for them!!!
For all these things and the great 10 days we spent there, we highly recommend to exchange with Ruth and Karl-Heinz, you won't regret it!

Nous avons découvert une belle région où beaucoup d'activités peuvent être atteintes en vélo et où la nature côtoie la culture. Les voisins nous ont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. This summer we had a swap with Renate and Werner arriving in their chalet in Elmau in Austrian Alps. The charming and well equipped chalet made us feel happy and comfortable. The panorama view directly in front of the Wilde Kaiser mountain was exciting and amazing. Thanks to Renates indications we had been able to make many excursions to other lakes, natural parks, waterfalls, markets and see local villages like St.Johann and Kitzbuhel and especially Innsbruck. We did active and relaxing holidays and new open minded friends. Hubert and Svitlana
